		<description>I don't think I have ever had a positive experience with AA or with the flights they run through Qantas. When my husband was on crutches, they seated him in the back of the plane and took his crutches to the very front. When they canceled our flight, they never finalized my rebooked trip home until I was almost stranded in New Zealand, even though several people "confirmed" it, no one bothered to ticket it and they kept trying to make me pay thousands more for their mistake. Their customer service rep also threatened to have my husband arrested when they overheard him tell me "This airline is the f*cking WORST!"
Moral of the story: NEVER fly with American or any of their companies. They are the f*cking WORST!</description>
