Google is well-known as one of America’s best workplaces. I’ve been to the Google office campus in California, and was able to dive into a ball pit, stock up on free, healthy snacks, and build things out of Legos. However, I feel that just as the best way to judge a country is by the way it treats its poorest citizens, the best way to judge a company is by the way they treat their poorest employees–aka, the assistants. Let’s see how Google stacks up.
